William Woodward Trial Archive

William Woodward Titusville faces two charges of first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm and one charge of attempted first-degree murder stemming from an incident on Labor Day weekend in which he is accused of killing two neighbors and shooting a third.  A judge denied his "Stand your Ground" claim. The trial has been delayed waiting Florida's death penalty appeals.
