William Woodward, 46, of Titusville faces two charges of first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm and one charge of attempted first-degree murder stemming from an incident on Labor Day weekend in which he is accused of killing two neighbors and shooting a third. A hearing to determine whether or not a Titusville man accused of murder in 2012 is immune to prosecution under Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law will begin on Monday at 9 a.m. at the Brevard County Courthouse in Viera.
