EASTPOINTE, Mich. (WXYZ) - An Eastpointe man was back in court today for a probable cause hearing.

Timothy Fradeneck has been charged with 3 counts of felony murder following the deaths of his wife and two children. Fradeneck was also charged with four counts of child abuse. He appeared in court earlier this month to face these charges. Loved ones on both sides of the family were in the courtroom.
