"Shock Jock" DUI Setup Hearing 05/08/2015

According to court documents, Melissa Personius, a paralegal for attorneys Stephen Diaco, Robert Adams, and Adam Filthaut, was caught on video detailing the set-up to get rival attorney Phil Campbell drunk and get him arrested for a DUI. Campbell's attorney, John Fitzgibbons, called the video a "smoking gun" and powerful evidence that Campbell was set up. Records show that Personius met Campbell at Malio's one night in January 2013 and got him to stay longer and drink at the bar.
