Oscar Pistorius Trial Appeal Archive

The Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein hears an application by the National Prosecuting Authority to challenge Oscar Pistorius's culpable homicide conviction. In 2014, the Blade-runner was convicted of shooting dead Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day in 2013. The State believes Judge Thokozile Masipa erred in her application of the law when handing down judgment.
