Mitchelle Blair Custody Hearing April 8, 2015

DETROIT — Mitchelle Blair is charged with murder and torture in the slayings of two of her children whose bodies were found in a deep freezer inside the family's eastside apartment.

 

State officials are pushing to end her parental rights as well as the parental rights of the children's fathers.
