Michael Montgomery was arrested Tuesday night, October 20, 2015, hours after EMTs Alfredo Rojas and Kelly Adams were attacked while helping a woman with an injured ankle on a Detroit street. Montgomery was charged with attempted murder in the stabbing and slashing. Separately, Montgomery is charged with first-degree murder in a 2006 cold case, and kidnapping and rape in a 2005 assault.
