Charles and Kimberly Matthews are charged with providing alcohol for an 18-year-old, who then died while driving drunk. Investigators say it happened last year as Dr. Charles Matthews and his wife, Kimberly, hosted a wedding reception at their Raleigh home on Vance Street, near Five Points.
