Maison Probable Cause Hearing

Hilery and Andrew Maison are charged with open murder, two counts of torture and two counts of first-degree child abuse. A 5-year-old Port Huron girl was malnourished, had bruises in differing stages of healing, an infection and pneumonia when she died, said Assistant Prosecutor Mona Armstrong. It is also believed Mackenzie Maison was dead before anyone called 911 Tuesday night, Armstrong said during the arraignment of the child's father and stepmother.
