Leroy Lee Morris, 19, has been charged with infliction of great bodily injury upon a child and unlawful conduct towards a child. Police said Morris also admitted that he more recently became frustrated with the baby's crying and began shaking her before throwing the baby.  Police said the mother's live-in boyfriend admitted to dropping the baby on her head and stepping on her on Christmas Eve night after he had been drinking alcohol and using illegal drugs.
