CRYSTAL SPRINGS, Fla. - Deputies arrested a Pasco County man wanted in an armed carjacking early morning on June 12, 2015 . The Pasco County Sheriff's Office reported an anonymous tip led detectives and a K9 unit to the area where 30-year-old Kenneth Michael Brown was found and taken into custody around 1:15 a.m. Deputies located Brown, who was still carrying a gun, along the railroad track near the east end of Pattie Road in Crystal Springs. Authorities say Brown was still naked when deputies found him.
