Kenan Ivery Trial Archive

Kenan Dason Ivery, 36, is charged in an 18-count indictment and could get the death penalty if he is convicted of any of the aggravated murder charges.

Ivery is accused of killing off-duty police officer Justin Winebrenner. Four other pub patrons, including a second off-duty Akron police officer, were struck by gunshots. Another victim had one of the bullets pass through his clothing.
