Justin Ross Harris Hearing

Ross Harris is charged with killing his 22-month-old son, Cooper, by leaving him in a hot car on June 18, 2014.  Prosecutors believe Harris wanted to live a "child free life". 

Harris messaged six women, one of whom was a minor, sending and receiving explicit texts -- some including nude images -- from work while his son was dying.

His early 2015 trial date was delayed, no new date has been set.
