James Sparks-Henderson Trial Archive

CLEVELAND - James Sparks-Henderson, 19 years old, was arrested at his west side Cleveland home at about 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6th, a source confirmed. He was charged Thursday afternoon with five counts of aggravated murder. Police said additional charges will be presented to the grand jury in connection to the shooting of the 9-year-old girl who survived the shooting. Five people, two men and two women, one of whom was 28 weeks pregnant, were killed Nov. 21, 2014 at a home in Cleveland.
