Former Loudonville-Perrysville kindergarten teacher Elliot Gornall has been indicted on a total of 181 criminal counts related to his alleged videotaping of his students using a bathroom. Gornall, 32, was indicted Friday on 111 counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, six counts of attempted illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material, 55 counts of pandering obscenity, five counts of possession of drugs, two counts of aggravated possession of drugs and single counts of receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana.
