Charleston County Coroner Rae Wooten holds a press conference on June 18 to officially name the victims in the Charleston shooting at the Emanuel African Methodist Episcopal Church on June 17, 2015.

 

21-year-old Dylann Roof was arrested earlier on the 18th.  Police and surviving witnesses say he spent an hour in a prayer meeting, the night of the 17th, at the church then stood up and opened fire.
