Brandon Vandenburg's Police Interview

Two former Vanderbilt University football players charged with raping a student in 2013 have renewed their request to go to trial separately, according to court documents released on Wednesday, October 14, 2015. Brandon Vandenburg, 22, and Cory Batey, 21, are set for trial Nov. 30. But their attorneys are now asking to separate the men's cases and delay their trials. A judge denied a similar request in October 2014, months before the ex-players stood trial the first time.
