James Holmes Trial Week 4

James Holmes faces 166 counts, including murder and attempted murder in a mass shooting incident on July 20, 2012 inside an Aurora, CO movie theater. The accused shooter has entered a plea of Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity (NGRI). Because of that plea, his attorneys are essentially admitting he committed the crime but should not be held criminally responsible because of his mental state.  Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
