James Holmes Trial 911 Calls

KUSA - After nearly three years, the jury is in place. Opening statements are scheduled to begin on April 27. The theater shooting trial is about to start. 

 

The accused shooter has entered a plea of Not Guilty By Reason Of Insanity (NGRI). Because of that plea, his attorneys are essentially admitting he committed the alleged crime but should not be held criminally responsible because of his mental state.
